End-of-Lease Cleaning (EOL Clean)

End-of-Lease Cleaning (EOL Clean): A comprehensive, deep clean of a rental property performed at the conclusion of a tenancy. Its purpose is to restore the property to a standard that meets the lease agreement and often, the requirements for bond release, preparing it for new tenants. Also commonly known as "Bond Cleaning."
