  • Users refers to both Briick Subscribers (tradies and service providers) and Loyalty Members (property managers, real estate agents, and others submitting maintenance jobs).

  • All data transmissions are protected with HTTPS and SSL encryption.

  • Passwords are hashed and salted (never stored in plain text).

  • Credit/debit card details are processed securely via PCI-compliant third-party providers (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full payment information.

  • Identification documents uploaded by users are accessible only by the user and authorised Briick staff.

  • Support-related communications may be stored in platforms like Zendesk.

3.1 Briick may use your personal information for purposes including:

  • Enabling Service Requesters to find and connect with suitable Subscribers.

  • Facilitating the quoting, booking, and communication process.

  • Contacting Users by email, SMS, phone or other channels to provide the service.

  • Sharing necessary job details between matched Users (e.g. tradie receives property manager contact info and vice versa).

  • Verifying licences, accreditations, or identities provided by Users.

  • Enforcing Briick policies, collecting overdue payments, or managing debt recovery.

  • Publishing reviews and testimonials (with user consent or anonymisation).

  • Operating the Briick Reward Program (see 3.2).

3.2 Reward Program Data Participation in the Briick Reward Program may involve collecting data such as jobs submitted, rewards earned, and points redeemed. This data is used only to operate and improve the program. We do not sell or disclose this data to third parties.

3.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures We may share information with regulatory authorities or legal entities when required to:

  • Comply with the law or respond to legal requests.

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.

  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions.

4. Communications

  • By creating an account, Users agree to receive service-related communications from Briick.

  • Users may also receive marketing emails, updates, and newsletters unless they opt out.

  • Users can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in marketing emails or by contacting us at hello@briick.com.

  • You will still receive essential service and account-related emails even if you opt out of marketing.

5. Access and Updates

  • Users can request access to or correction of their personal information under Australian and New Zealand law.

  • We may retain certain historical account details to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

6. Password and Account Security

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
